Place or Edit a Hold

To place holds:

1. Click Place Hold next to the item you want on the hit list or on the record for the single item.
2. The Place Hold window appears. You will be prompted to log on if you have not previously done so.
3. Select the library where you would like to pick up the item.
4. Click Place Hold to place the hold, or click Reset to start over.

To Edit holds:

• To Edit information on one hold:
  1. In the My Account window, click the Holds tab.
  2. Click the Edit Hold check box next to the item you want to change.
  3. Change the Pickup At Library to the library where you would like to pick up the item.
  4. Click Edit Selected Holds to activate the changes.
  
  
• To change information on multiple holds:
  1. In the My Account window, click the Holds tab.
  2. Click the Edit Hold check boxes next to all the items you wish to edit or click the ALL checkbox to select all items on hold.
  3. Click Edit Selected Holds to activate the changes.
